Talktrack plays a guided recording back on the live Miro board.
You record directly on a Miro board. Your voice and face are captured, but everything else is live board content — so playback isn't a video, it's a guided tour of the actual work.
The viewer can follow along, stop, poke at the board mid-playback, and pick it back up. A developer on the team called it Mario Kart's ghost: you see the trace of someone who went before you, but you're still driving.
